Everything on this site, including photographs, text, layout, design, logos, and the Waterfall Lodge & Retreat name, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Our photography is licensed from the photographers who created it, and in most cases we do not have the right to sublicense it to you.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use while planning an event with us. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes, including on another venue's or vendor's website, in advertising, or in any listing or directory, without our written permission. Automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk downloading of this site is not permitted.

Wedding and event professionals: if you'd like to use our photography to show couples our venue, email us. We're usually glad to say yes with credit, and we'd rather you ask.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no promise that it is. Pricing, availability, capacity figures, amenities, package contents, and property descriptions can change, and errors happen. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of availability or price. The terms of any booking are set out in your signed agreement, not here.

Links to other sites

We link to preferred vendors, local activities, and planning resources as a convenience. We don't control those sites, we don't endorse everything on them, and we're not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

Using this site

Please don't use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, or that submits false information or spam through our forms.

Submissions

If you send us photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other material, you give us permission to use it in connection with promoting our venue, with attribution where appropriate. You confirm you have the right to give us that permission. If you'd like something removed, email us and we will.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California, and you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.
